  • Birth Doula Support

I offer personalized prenatal education, continuous labour and birth support, and gentle postpartum care.

During your pregnancy, we’ll explore topics such as the physiology of birth, comfort and coping techniques, labour tools, breastfeeding, informed consent, navigating our healthcare system, postpartum recovery, and much more. My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.

You and your partner will receive three private, two-hour prenatal sessions (in person, or virtual). These meetings are a chance to build connection and trust, deepen your understanding of the birth process, and share your hopes, preferences, and any worries surrounding your upcoming birth.

We will create an informed and flexible birth plan.

You will receive custom educational materials and resources to support continued learning.

My mission is to ensure that every woman feels seen, heard, supported, and deeply prepared for the incredible journey into motherhood. I believe that knowledge and choice are the foundation of an empowering birth experience. With compassionate emotional, physical, and informational support, I will be by your side through active labour until the birth of your baby.

You will also have text and call support throughout your pregnancy. I will be on call 24/7 from 38 weeks until your baby arrives. After birth, I provide a two-hour in-home postpartum visit to debrief, check in, and offer continued care as you settle into life with your new baby.

  • Planned Cesarean Birth Support

Honouring your birth experience — no matter how baby arrives.

Sometimes, there are important medical reasons for scheduling your baby’s birth. Choosing or needing a planned cesarean does not mean you are any less deserving of care, support, and empowerment throughout your pregnancy and birth journey.

As your doula, I’ll help you navigate the unique aspects of a cesarean birth — offering emotional, educational, and practical support to ensure you feel informed, confident, and deeply supported every step of the way.

    This Package Includes:

Unlimited Support Throughout Pregnancy — Ongoing communication, resources, and guidance as you prepare for birth.

Three Prenatal Meetings — Personalized sessions to discuss your preferences, prepare for surgery day, and create a plan for postpartum recovery.

Birth Support — I will be there to support you and your partner on your baby’s birth day. Some hospitals allow doulas in the operating room; if not, I will be present before and after surgery, providing continuous support in recovery as you begin bonding with your baby.

One Postpartum Visit — Hands-on support after birth to help you settle in at home, recover comfortably, and feel confident in caring for your newborn.

Together, we’ll create a cesarean birth plan that ensures your experience is calm, connected, and centred on the sacred first moments of bonding between you and your baby. We’ll also focus on postpartum preparation, setting up your home and routines to support rest, healing, and a smooth transition into parenthood.

  • TENS machine rental (coming soon)

A TENS machine (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) can be a helpful, non-drug option for managing pain during labour — especially in early labour. Here are the main benefits:

    Pain relief and comfort

Reduces pain perception: The mild electrical pulses block pain signals from reaching the brain.

Encourages endorphin release: These natural “feel-good” hormones help your body cope with pain.

Provides a sense of control: You can adjust the intensity yourself, giving you active participation in your pain management.

    Practical and non-invasive

Drug-free option: Safe to use alongside other pain relief methods and won’t affect your baby.

No needles or medication: Ideal for people wanting a natural birth or to delay interventions.

Portable and easy to use: You can walk and move around while wearing it.

    Additional advantages

Helps focus during contractions: The tingling sensation can serve as a distraction.

May reduce the need for stronger pain relief: Some people find they can delay or avoid epidurals.

Can be used at home in early labour: Offers comfort before heading to the hospital or birth centre.
